If you need a reminder of your passcode or for some reason you didn't get your passcode email when you made your purchase, you can use the following form to recover it.
When you purchase a game, the passcode is sent to you by email only minutes after the payment is complete and a copy is saved in our database. Sometimes large ISP's or Webmail will filter or block the emails because they presume it's junk or spam mail.
It's best to wait at least 10 minutes after making a purchase for the system to update with your purchase details.
